Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactThis is an amazing tribute to "The Wall" and all other psychedelic rock. I find that the distortions around the screaming face are very effective and the impact of the piece owes much to it. The additions of the rainbow colors (is that "Dark Side of the Moon" is see? Wink, wink.) and the barbed wire into the mouth of the terrifying scream are an added plus. I really enjoy the hints of lighting around the edges of the hole in the wall. I enjoy another effect caused by the distortions - a somewhat static-ish look around the edges of the face. I know I must be going on and on, but I truly believe that the psychedelic distortions and colors around the terrifying Scarfe illustration is great.
Overall, I was incredibly impressed by this. As I Pink Floyd fan (and my favorite album is "The Wall"), I am very pleased and I am sure that Gerald Scarfe, Roger Waters, and all the rest of them would be of the same opinion. Please - continue to do art like this...it works in your favor.
